Hive SQL does not support {{*ALTER FUNCTION*}} yet, we can refer to the
{{*CREATE [OR REPLACE] FUNCTION*}} of
[Spark|https://spark.apache.org/docs/3.1.2/sql-ref-syntax-ddl-create-function.html]
to implement the alter function .
