Building from $hive/itests fails as follows:

[ERROR] After correcting the problems, you can resume the build with the command
[ERROR] mvn <args> -rf :hive-it-util{noformat}
Surprisingly, building from the top directory with -Pitests does not fail.
There is a missing dependency on the hive-jdbc module, when adding that, the
error gets fixed.
