The Parquet version of Hive has been upgraded to version 1.12.3, which supports
ZSTD compression. However, upgrading Hadoop to support the ZSTD Codec incurs
high costs, so it is necessary to introduce zstd-jni to solve the dependency
problem of ZstdCodec.
