I couldn't find any recent PRs with test passed label for branch-2 to compare an appropriate time for this job completion, you can update/reduce the value here based on your PR if the tests passes, You can also play around with the number of split here: https://github.com/apache/hive/blob/659aa5d94ffc15696c4729694ba68a77a58c2074/Jenkinsfile#L25 to get a get to a more appropriate timeout, for master we have it at 12hr with 22 splits.
