I really like the idea of having nightly Docker images ready to play
so +1 for the initiative. I don't think there is any kind of policy
preventing us from doing this as long as they are properly tagged to
indicate their purpose. In any case, DockerHub is not an official ASF
release channel [1] so we should not ever encourage users to use
releases/images from there.
