Currently, the .hiverc files are loaded from:
{code}
$HIVE_HOME/bin/.hiverc
~/.hiverc
{code}
It seems more ops-friendly to have it in the config directory.

$HIVE_CONF_DIR/.hiverc
~/.hiverc
