Remove unnecessary JAR dependencies

The tarballs currently include a bunch of JARs which aren't real Hive
dependencies. I think in most cases this is caused by unnecessary transitive
dependencies that are getting pulled down by Ivy.
Also, once the contents of the lib directory are sanitized we need to reconcile
it with the list of dependencies in the LICENSE file.
