If I understand correctly, you essentially intend to only use the cached UGI in
a {{doAs}} to get a {{FileSystem}}? That should generally work so long as
tokens are never allowed to be added to the cached UGIs.
Even after the caching is fixed, you will have to age out and close fs
instances. Some like hftp and webhdfs will implicitly acquire tokens. When
those tokens eventually expire, the fs instance becomes useless and must be
re-created.
