it really is hadoop-0.20.1 (yeah.. I know its confusing) which is the default
config if you checkout hive and run tests. Error seems to be related to
following log message which is there in the bottom of that build page.

May be its related to how test is run and doesn't reproduce if you run test in
isolation, but when run all the tests together. We have had such situations
earlier. I also saw this failure when I ran the full test-suite with exact this
mkdir error log in default hive/hadoop config.
