@Carl: Are you suggesting that metatool should take in the serdeParamKey in
addition to tableProp to update potential serde location? Just so that I've
understood you are suggesting the following,
metatool <new-NN-loc> <old-NN-loc> -tableProp <param_key> -serdeParamKey
