The debugging section, under making changes links to the an old hadoop wiki
page for debugging Hive. It mostly redirects to the current wiki okay, but the
section anchor has changed, so it just goes to the top of the page instead of
the specific section.
Currently it's a full url, if it stays that way it ought to be

It would be better to make it an internal wiki link with
