There is a useless dependency between DDLSemanticAnalyzer and SemanticAnalyzer
due to the fact that create is handled as part of SemanticAnalyzer (due to
CTAS). Ideally, it should be
refactored away, and create should be handled as part of DDLSemanticAnalyzer
only.
