This task is closely connected to HIVE-768. In case of DynamicPartitioning your
option of HIVEJOBPROGRESS will be overriden
(ql/src/java/org/apache/hadoop/hive/ql/parse/SemanticAnalyzer.java). Does
setting HIVEJOBPROGRESS to True really necessary to update number of partitions?
