It looks like all the files (CHANGES.txt, DISCLAIMER.txt, etc.) under
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/hive/trunk/hcatalog/historical/trunk/ should be
moved into http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/hive/trunk/hcatalog/. Everything
except for src/ and src/test (which can go).
Did I get that right?
