A patch for concurrent use of TimestampWritable which occurs in a multithreaded
scenario (as found in AmpLab Shark). A static SimpleDateFormat (not
ThreadSafe) is used by TimestampWritable in CTAS DDL statements where it
manifests as data corruption when used in a concurrent environment.
