Yep, the name HIVE-2206.D11097.19.patch is not valid. This is covered in the
wiki under [Hive PreCommit Patch
Testing|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/Hive/Hive+PreCommit+Patch+Testing].
I would just change the name to HIVE-2206.patch as JIRA versions them
automatically there is no reason to keep a version name in the patch title.
The patch name restrictions are required so we can support putting branch names
in a patch.
