I've ran hcat unit tests and templeton e2e tests against Hadoop 1.1.2.
Still need to run against H2.
I moved 2 files using git mv, but the patch shows old file as removed and new
file as added. This won't preserve history in SVN so the rename and other
changes will have to be split into 2 different patches.
