This is blocked on other JIRA, AND has a lot of generated code, so I am
attaching 3 patches and posting an RB (RB supports patches with a parent patch).
HIVE-4914-only.patch consists of all changes on top of HIVE-4985.
HIVE-4914-only-no-gen.patch contains the same changes, minus the auto-generated
thrift code.
HIVE-4914 contains all changes, as well as HIVE-4985 changes so that HiveQA
could apply it.
