Fix For: 0.13.0
[HIVE-4763|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HIVE-4763] adds support for
HTTP transport over thrift. With that, HS2 can be configured to run either
using using HTTP or using normal thrift binary transport. Ideally HS2 should be
supporting both modes simultaneously and the client should be able to specify
the mode used in serving the request.
