One more update to this patch, sorry! :D
It doesn't actually make a difference to the test itself, because grants are
irrelevant to SBAP, and because the table and db were already set to -rwx------
before, but defining the overrides in the SBAP tests for allowDropOnDb and
allowDropOnTable is a correctness fix.
