All of the TestParse failures were due to changing maxStatsKeyPrefixLength from
200 to 150 - the plan xml needed to be updated. I was not able to reproduce the
errors for TestMinimrCliDriver or TestNegativeCliDriver errors, either on MacOS
or CentOS VM. Uploading patch v2 and keeping my fingers crossed.
