That job simply submits the job over to here:
http://bigtop01.cloudera.org:8080/view/Hive/job/PreCommit-HIVE-Build/
where our precommit builds run. The issue is that last night all builds failed
because of a misconfigured slave so I had to resubmit all of them...thus there
is a big queue. Mavenization should improve this quite a but since it cuts 30
minutes off each test.
