[~ashutoshc] It would be good if it could be decided automatically via stats or
something. But I wonder if it could be predicted how many rows (user
implemented) UDAF would return. In my experience, UADFs returned small number
of rows(like sum, count, etc) or all of them (group_map, etc.), so I thought it
would be enough to describe that via annotation. But I understand what you
said. Attaching patch again.
