Left some minor comments on Phabricator.
Seems like counters don't work for local job runner. So, I guess we can skip
changing data/conf/hive-site.xml for test cases. Still good to change default
in HiveConf.java.
Also, patch uploaded by phabricator seems to not apply cleanly on trunk and
thats why Hive QA failed to run. Next time you update patch via phabricator you
may want to make sure it applies cleanly on fresh svn checkout.
