Hi Kostiantyn, if don't have the ability to assign this Jira to yourself you
can send an email to dev@hive requesting to be added as a Hive contributor, and
someone should be able to grant this to you. Also to put this patch on review
board, you can create a user on https://reviews.apache.org, and create a new
review request for your patch.
