Add new UDF array_rcontains for Array<String> to check if array contains string
by regexp
For example, we have array of strings in the column FRIENDS, then we can check
for if particular person has .+Smith in friends:
array_rcontains(FRIENDS, '.+Smith', 'i')
where 'i' means case sensitive, this is discussable option
