All three tests will fail if hdfs://tmp/test already exists:
"mkdir: cannot create directory hdfs:///tmp/test/: File exists Exception:
Client Execution failed with error code = -1 running dfs
${system:test.dfs.mkdir} hdfs:///tmp/test/"
