[~hagleitn] I presumed it was the intention, but HIVE-5728 itself was not coded
like that (referencing HiveConf in OrcFile), and so I've made simple fix just
for restoring trunk state. Now it's reopened, I can mark this as invalid one. I
wish this kind of things should not happen again.
