Summary: support list_roles metastore api that returns all the
roles in hierarchy

In HIVE-5954, the client side code is making multiple calls to list_roles
metastore api to get all the roles in the hierarchy.
The multiple calls can be avoided if the list_roles api could return all the
roles in the hierarchy .
An optional boolean argument that asks to return the roles in hierarchy as well
could be introduced.
