Fix Version/s: 0.13.0
Release Note: Hive on Tez will now use /user/<current Hadoop user name>,
rather than just /user/hive, as default HDFS directory for jars.
{{hive.jar.directory}} can still be used to set the path explicitly.
Status: Patch Available (was: Open)
