some minor comments on RB. My main concern is that the feature is not well
integrated. Vectorized code is not supported; will it fall back now, error out,
or produce incorrect results? From discussion I understood it produces
incorrect results. Is it possible to for it to fall back to non-vectorized?
The other thing is that there's no way to go back. I'm not sure how bad it
is... if it can only be used in narrow explicit scenarios I guess that should
be ok.
