Patch adds a configuration parameter for the log level, and sets it up
appropriately.
Tested locally - log files are being generated correctly when using
hive.tez.java.opts.
[~hagleitn] - please review. Also, related variables should ideally have
similar names. I'd prefer renaming hive.tez.java.opts to
hive.tez.task.java.opts to be consistent. Alternately we could drop task from
the new variable.
