[~leftylev] If [WebHCat Configuration: Configuration
Variables|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/Hive/WebHCat+Configure#WebHCatConfigure-ConfigurationVariables]
is maintained then, "hive.metastore.local=false" in
"templeton.hive.properties" should be removed. It's be deprecated/removed
since Hive 0.10
