Regarding item 5:
I think it's a bad idea in a multi-tenant system to expect users to modify
Sqoops tar file to include items that are not part of the distribution like
specific JDBC jars. For auto shipping of the tar file to work properly there
needs to be a mechanism how user can specify some path in HDFS where the driver
jar can be found and WebHCat needs to ensure that it's shipped to target node
(using "-libjars" for example).
