Actually, I was verifying one more thing and there are a couple of issues:
a) There seem to be two lineage.cmd versions, one inside bin/ and one inside
bin/ext. I think the one inside bin/ is superfluous. Can you verify if it's
okay to not commit the one in bin/ ?
b) There seems to references to a execHiveCmd.cmd inside bin/ext/util that is
missing.
