release 0.13.0, so it isn't needed here.

Actually, the patch for HIVE-6037 should be checked for four semicolons ( &lt ; 
and &gt ; ) in the description of hive.user.install.directory -- they are 
missing from HiveConf.java in HIVE-6037.17.patch although HIVE-6037-0.13.0 has 
"<" and ">".
