Summary: mode bits of some files need not have execute permission

After a binary tarball of hive is generated, mode bits of some files in the
tarball are a little bit strange.
e.g.
1. hive-0.13.1/examples/queries/**/*.q
2. hive-0.13.1/lib/py/**/*.py
Shall we change the `fileMode' values in packaging/src/main/assembly/bin.xml?
