There are several internal/test config parameters in HiveConf that get included
in conf/hive-default.xml.template (available in the hive package that gets
generated).
We should be using the constructor that sets the boolean exclude=true for
those.
HiveConf parameters that starts with "hive.test" and those that have comments
saying "internal parameter" are candidates for this change.
