[~leftylev] thanks for taking a look at the changes I made. Based on your
feedback I have made following changes.
- As Hive 0.14 uses Avro 1.7.5, updated Hive and Avro version text accordingly.
- Removed the Hive 0.14 example in "All Hive versions" under "Creating
Avro-backed Hive tables".
Let me know if I missed out anything.
