Description:
In case of create-table-as-select query, the database the table belongs to is
not among the objects to be authorized.
Create table has the objectName field of the table entry with the database
prefix - like testdb.testtable, instead of just the table name.
checkPrivileges(CREATEVIEW) does not include the name of the view being created
in outputHObjs.
