Docs done: [~alangates] wrote the "ACID and Transactions in Hive" doc, which
covers the new SHOW statements in a "Grammar Changes" section. The Locking
design doc has a brief section "Locking in Hive Transactions" with links to the
transactions doc, and the DDL doc has plenty of links to the transactions doc.
