AccumuloRangeGenerator has a typo where it should say
{{WritableConstantFloatObjectInspector}} instead of
{{WritableConstantDoubleObjectInspector}}.
I've changed the method to avoid the multiple if-else statements as all that is
expected is a {{PrimitiveObjectInspector}}.
