[~mithun] - {{HCatClient.getPartitions()}} behaves as expected in this case.
Its only {{HCatClient.getPartition()}} that breaks for the above mentioned
scenario.
Anyway I have added test cases for {{HCatClient.getPartitions()}} and
{{HCatClient.getPartition()}}.
