This occasionally shows up in the test failures.
It looks like testConvertBooleanToInt() sets
HCatConstants.HCAT_DATA_CONVERT_BOOLEAN_TO_INTEGER=true, and this sets the
static configuration in HCatContext.INSTANCE. If testConvertBooleanToInt() runs
first, then this setting sticks around and converts the boolean values to int
in testReadDataPrimitiveTypes().
