This patch fixes the test by explicitly setting
HCatConstants.HCAT_DATA_CONVERT_BOOLEAN_TO_INTEGER=false in
testReadDataPrimitiveTypes(). HCatContext.INSTANCE.setConf() seems to get
called when PigServer is called with a set of conf properties.
