I merged HIVE-8520 patch with Rui's previous patch, as we need to update to
latest API together. Currently, task id timestamp is never really used in Spark
mode, so i didn't replace it with a readable format.
[~xuefuz], we need to update spark build which contains SPARK-3902 and
SPARK-3874 to our maven repository.
