Hive on Spark release date

Hi Team,

We made build for Hive on Spark from the package available @ 
https://github.com/apache/hive/tree/spark and it is working fine. Thanks for 
this excellent feature! I am interested to know the expected release date for 
this feature.

We see the target build is showing "apache-hive-0.14.0", so am I right in 
assuming from hive 0.14, hive will support "Spark" as an execution engine
