Sorry guys, this is a pretty large patch and I'd rather not have it in hive 14
at this point. If we broke PPD we should fix that, not add a lot of additional
stuff. At a quick glance at the patch I'm also concerned about how this splits
table name etc from the alias, and in general uses too much QB info in the
simple fetch optimizer. That gave me trouble in the past with CBO before,
because it assumes all kinds of stuff about the AST. [~ashutoshc] and
[~jpullokkaran] know more about that though, maybe they can weigh in.
