Attachment: HIVE-8721.patch
This patch changes DbTxnUtil to look at the environment variables:
METASTORE_CONNECTION_DRIVER, METASTORECONNECTURLKEY,
METASTORE_CONNECTION_USER_NAME, METASTOREPWD
If these are set, they will be used to determine how to connect the database.
If these are not set, it uses the embedded Derby, as before.
