Kai Sasaki commented on HIVEMALL-4: ----------------------------------- I think the detail of contribution guideline is up to infra we use. If we tracks issue on JIRA and receives contribution on GitHub PRs mainly, the guideline can be based on Spark one. If we keeps merging contribution attached on JIRA by ourselves, the guideline can be based on Hadoop one. Which one do we choose? I think referring Spark contribution guideline is better because Hivemall contributions are already received through GitHub PRs. So integrating JIRA and GitHub and then write a guideline based on the infra we choose like Spark project. > Implement contribution guideline > -------------------------------- > > Key: HIVEMALL-4 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HIVEMALL-4 > Project: Hivemall > Issue Type: Improvement > Reporter: Kai Sasaki > Labels: documentaion > > Like other Apache project we need to prepare contribution guideline for > further contributors.
